Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in a resource/functional life skills classroom

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs in a resource/functional life skills classroom
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for each student
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure effective support for students
• Track and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration about student progress

• Valid Oregon Special Education certification
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Reliable Transportation
