Compounding Pharmacy Technician

A high-volume mail-order pharmacy specializing in men’s and women’s health medications is seeking experienced Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join their team.

• Prepare, fill, and label medications under pharmacist supervision
• Prepackage oral and external medications using compounding and labeling equipment
• Manage inventory, restock medications, and maintain accurate pharmacy records
• Review physician orders for completeness and maintain patient medication profiles
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including pharmacy equipment and counters

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume retail or closed-door pharmacy experience (600+ Rx/day)
• Experience in non-sterile or sterile compounding
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving pharmacy environment
