Telemetry Registered Nurse

Deliver skilled nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment located in Fremont, CA. This contract opportunity is ideal for registered nurses with recent hands-on experience in telehealth nursing, eager to apply their clinical skills in a supportive setting.

• Monitor and assess patients remotely using telehealth technology
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans
• Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies with clinical expertise
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient interactions and care delivered
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans

• Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course
