Responsibilities
- Lead a team that represents customers and developers throughout the journey from concept through development and launch of core AI technologies and features
- Develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into the development process
- Craft groundbreaking ideas into tangible products and features that excite the world
- Collaborate with design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, public relations, market research, sales and support for maximum impact across the organization
Requirements
- 10-15+ years experience, including having led product management and/or product marketing teams through multiple AI-focused product development cycles from concept to launch
- Proven record leading teams that effectively collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing peers
- Deep understanding and thought leadership around the AI landscape, models, training, and product experiences
- Flexibility to move seamlessly between highly detailed and technical situations as well as strategic business situations
- Technical track record working closely with engineering and research teams
- Experience managing strategic partners and relationships
- Capacity to lead high-level executives through influence, debate, and focusing on what's best for users, developers, and the entire technology stack
- Ability to synthesize complex AI technology into product communication for broad audience including developers, researchers, customers, media, analysts, and leading industry specialists
- Best-in-class storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills
- Press and media experience with success as a product spokesperson on a national or global level
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel
