Behavioral Specialist in School Setting

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in school-based behavior support seeking a contract role in an elementary school setting. We are currently looking for 2-3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide critical assistance for students exhibiting severe behaviors across grades K-8. This position involves floating between multiple schools to support a diverse population of students.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Behavior Specialists
• Support students with severe behavioral challenges to promote positive educational outcomes
• Collaborate with school staff and specialists to tailor interventions to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress regularly
• Work within a team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral strategies

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior school experience supporting students with behavioral needs is essential
• Comfort working with K-8 student populations exhibiting severe behaviors
• Ability to adapt and float between various elementary school settings
