About the role

Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements, coordination of month end reports and bridge plans monthly for the region. Work with and/or lead the market and region financial teams supporting region analytics and research. Coordinates with Region CFO to ensure compliance on audits, due diligence and coordination with national team directives and needs. Responsible for the overall functions of budgeting and long range financial planning including assisting the Region CFO with setting financial targets and ensuring those targets are met. Assist the Region and Market CFOs to enforce labor productivity management goals. Will step in during absence of Region CFO Assist the Region CFO in evaluation of strategic initiatives and capital projects within the markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years hospital-related healthcare finance experience and 5 years management and leadership experience.
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
