School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at an elementary school in North Hollywood, CA. This contract role offers the chance to make a significant difference in the educational development and communication skills of young learners during the current school year.

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Monitoring student progress and adapting interventions as necessary
• Documenting all therapy sessions and reports in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participating in team meetings and parent conferences to share student progress and recommendations

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Certification of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience providing speech and language therapy to elementary-aged children
• Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to students' individual needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
