About the role

The Senior Administrative Assistant supports five Directors within the Treasury and Fleet Management Teams by managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings. They'll partner with the Department Executive Assistant and regularly work with the Finance Department, and assist with culture planning, general administrative functions, as well as various other tasks.

Requirements
- Skilled in a high level of customer service delivery
- Ability to identify conflict and must seek to clarify details
- Skilled in office management & department procedures
- Ability to use MS Applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
