Partner Enablement Program Manager

The Marketplace FastTrack team are looking for a high energy and motivated Partner Enablement Program Manager. The Commercial Marketplace is a critical growth engine for Microsoft and our global partner ecosystem.

• Drive practices that enable partners to influence the product.
• Collect, organize, and prioritize partner feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with partners when they come across issues and areas for improvement in their products/services.
• Own engagement with partners to understand their goals, needs, and roadblocks.
• Drive assessment of capabilities and training needs of partners to ensure successful product knowledge.
• Drive the development of partner-specific strategies to ensure partner success and alignment to business goals.
• Act as a key advocate for partners by collecting, assessing, and implementing their feedback through various mediums.
• Contribute to product improvement with engineering by supporting the collection of partner feedback that identifies potential gaps and areas of opportunity within products, as needed.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights that inform program decisions.
• Learn to craft compelling narratives that communicate the impact and value of programs to various stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and issues and work proactively to resolve them in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years’ experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering
