About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our student-centered school team for the upcoming school year. This full-time role serves a Preschool–Elementary population and focuses on evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative support—allowing for a manageable caseload and a meaningful impact on students’ daily success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students and staff
- Collaborate with educators and families to support IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Help students develop the communication skills they need for academic and social success
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
