Manager, Food & Beverage

Responsible for maintaining the overall successful daily operations of the Universal Horror Unleashed multi-unit food and beverage operation and Team Member Dining operation with mobile food dining ordering (MFDO).

• Maintaining the overall successful daily operations of the Universal Horror Unleashed multi-unit food and beverage operation and Team Member Dining operation with mobile food dining ordering (MFDO).
• Directs activities of all hourly and exempt staff and supports the development of their team.
• Accountable for location sales, direct operating expenses and inventory controls, food cost and quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Upholds all federal and state regulations pertaining to but not limited to Minor Law, Liquor Law, and Health Code.

• Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands.
• Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS), purchasing and inventory systems.
• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing staff and ability to monitor performance and hold team accountable.
• Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health regulations and proper food handling certifications.
