Patient Care Assistant II

The Patient Care Assistant II assists with patient care activities, monitors and records vital signs, and assists with personal hygiene and physical care needs.

• Assist with patient care activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with personal hygiene and physical care needs
• Accurately measure, record, and report intake and output
• Obtain and record daily weight
• Perform blood glucose testing using blood glucose meter

• High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or
• High School GED General Studies, upon hire and graduated from an accredited school of nursing or 1 year direct patient care experience, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days
