• Provide on-site leadership and mentorship for the Data Quality team
• Oversee the work of Data Quality Analysts
• Establish data quality test plans
• Collaborate with Global Data Warehouse and AI product teams
• Work closely with the Data Governance team
• Support the Issue Management and Remediation lead
• Contribute to long-term efforts in improving data quality and integrity
• Provide hands-on support for in-depth data quality analysis and profiling

• Extensive proven experience working with large, complex datasets
• Demonstrated experience in a data quality, data governance, or senior data analyst role
• Strong experience establishing data quality frameworks
• Proven ability to lead initiatives
• Excellent analytical mindset
