About the role

The Team: Focused on becoming the universal identity and access management provider for healthcare. The global login for all healthcare users and applications. Enable access across practices, EHRs, diverse health systems, and other health information data stores (e.g., Fitbit or weight watchers). Serve users across the healthcare continuum, from patients and providers to fitness coaches and billing coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with RPR policies on Security, performance, longevity and Integration testing
  • Participate in resolving Identity service requests /escalations from production
  • Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
  • Adhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, no regressions, bug fixes, documentation and adhere to best coding practices
  • Participate and contribute to scrum meetings i.e. daily stand-up, sprint planning, readouts and retrospectives

Requirements

  • Knowledge of any one modern programming languages such as: Java, Python, Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Experience working with AI tools is highly desired
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Agile practices
  • Exposure to with object-oriented programming, relational database technologies, distributed computing tech (Hadoop, spark), RESTful API, WebUI (HTML 5) and Modern JS frameworks
  • Knowledge of any public cloud (AWS, Azure and GCP) is good to have
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, Okta is good to have
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards like SMART on FHIR a plus
