Co-op, Cargo Marketing and Communications (Spring 2026)

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external event, including logistics, content, and branding needs
• Assist in creating and editing content for LinkedIn, internal channels, newsletters, and customer or employee communications
• Develop marketing materials such as web copy, talking points, and sales and promotional assets and presentations
• Help manage project timelines, campaign tracking, and integrated marketing support and coordination
• Conducting and analyzing internal surveys to inform engagement and communication strategies
• Recommending improvements to team workflows and content delivery processes
• Proposing new ideas to elevate Delta Cargo’s marketing and communications approach across touchpoints
• Contributing to visual content efforts, such as graphic design, photography, or video

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
• At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
• Must be available to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027
• Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and support process improvement
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
