HR Strategic Initiatives Manager

The HR Strategic Initiatives Manager, HR Strategy & Governance, is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the execution of HR strategic initiatives that align with enterprise priorities and the CHRO’s vision.

• Provide end-to-end project support for HR strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain tailored project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on time and within scope
• Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and specifications
• Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and improve team efficiency

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
