Construction & Maintenance Project Specialist (Camano Island State Park)

Under the direct supervision of the Construction and Maintenance Supervisor, this position performs advanced skill level work in various trades

• Performs construction, maintenance and repair work
• Maintains buildings and structures
• Operates equipment
• Provides regular condition assessments
• Guarantees all training requirements
• Completes monthly reports
• Ensures all safety parameters
• Participates in safety meetings
• Completes incident reports

• Four (4) years of advanced level experience in two (2) or more of the construction/building trades
• High school graduation or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license
• First aid/CPR certification
