Staff Pharmacist Inpatient & Ambulatory Care

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Dispense medications efficiently and safely
• Provide clinical drug information to providers
• Document monitoring and interventions using Meditech and other systems
• Oversee sterile compounding (including high-risk and chemo preparations)
• Manage narcotic infusions and chemotherapy agents
• Conduct therapy monitoring and pharmacist-led consults per protocol
• Support ambulatory care through medication management and collaborative practice agreements

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• PGY1 residency or 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license (or eligibility)
