Special Ed Teacher

Seeking a Special Education Teacher for a high school setting in Mesa, AZ. This full contract position spans the current school year (CSY), providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students with diverse learning needs.

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students with special education needs.
• Deliver specialized instruction that supports academic and social growth.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Valid special education teaching certification or licensure.
• Experience working with high school students requiring special education services.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, techniques, and best practices.
• Ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
