Travel Clinic/Outpatient RN (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in Juneau, AK. As a Travel Clinic/Outpatient RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic/outpatient setting, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a clinic/outpatient setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
• Conduct health assessments and provide health education
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• BLS certification
• Current RN licensure in AK
