About the role

We’ve partnered with a school district in Brookside, DE that needs a contract SLP to support students for the remainder of the current school year. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team, providing impactful services to K-12 students within an extremely supportive environment.

Contract Details Dates: ASAP-May 2026 Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Location: Onsite Pay: $44-$51/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-12 students throughout the district Conduct evaluations and maintain compliance with IEP requirements Collaborate with teachers, parents, and district staff Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with district/state guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success planning

Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) Current DE SLP license (or ability to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with IEP software (IEP Online or similar)
