Registered Behavior Technician

This opportunity seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a K-12 school environment. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting positive behavioral outcomes for students across various grade levels. The position runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year and offers a flexible part-time schedule of approximately 28.5 to 30 hours per week.

• Deliver one-on-one and group behavior interventions based on established plans.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support student success.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.
