Co-op, Crew Resources - Crew Tracking - Operations Travel Desk (Summer 2026)

Delta Crew Tracking and Operations Travel Desk (OTD) seeks a Co-op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at continually improving Crew Tracking and OTD strategy and decision-making

• Identifying existing manual processes that can be improved via data automation
• Designing/implementing a replacement
• Utilizing project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget
• Gathering and tabulating feedback to better understand the team's daily workload
• Collaborating on the documentation of new and existing processes

• Knowledge of SQL or Database query tool(s)
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly preferred: curiosity, sense of humor, willingness to try new ideas, and persistence in the face of adversity
