- Support students with transitions, daily routines, and self-regulation strategies
- Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate effectively with special education staff, related service providers, and general education teachers
- Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills when working with students and staff
