Employee Health Nurse Practitioner Part Time Days

ARNP's are individuals licensed and trained to care for and treat patients within the scope of their licensure under the supervision of a collaborating physician.

• Perform new hire medical examination appropriate to the duties of the team member and refer to other health care providers as necessary
• Review new hire health history and previous work history
• Diagnosis and treatment of work related and non-work related injuries, exposures, and illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice
• Monitor course of treatment and refers to other health care providers as necessary
• Coordination of care/case management as indicated, including collaboration with medical consultants and other health care/rehabilitation providers, attorneys, the employee's supervisor, and the employee

• Masters Degree
• Up to 1 Year of Position-Related Experience
• Kansas Nurse Practitioner License (APRN/NP)
• BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
