Director, Projects - Universal Creative

Responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the development of all of the Facility Construction for major land, attraction or hotel development

• Direct and manage all aspects of the development of all of the Facility Construction for major land, attraction or hotel development
• Coordinate and manage design decisions and construction document production
• Ensure constructability, and oversee project budgets and schedules
• Provide positive vendor management, innovative engineering and design direction, and strong hands-on field supervision

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
• 15-20 years of experience in the development and management of major projects with hospitality/entertainment/theme park experience
• Licenses in Architecture or Engineering preferred
