About the role
Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position with a school district in Youngstown, New York. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active New York SLP license or eligibility is required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are strongly encouraged to apply!
