Surgical Scrub Tech

A leading healthcare facility in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with operating room experience to support a busy OR department.

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure equipment and instruments are sterile and ready for procedures
• Assist surgeons during various types of surgeries
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with OR teams including anesthesia, nurses, and surgical assistants
• Respond to call-back requests within 30 minutes as needed and be available for a rotating call schedule including weekends and holidays

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist education program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an OR setting with a variety of surgical specialties
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work flexible shifts including night and weekend call rotations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
