All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Career Development Whole Person Wellbeing Resources Schedule: PRN Shift: Primarily day and evening shifts Location: 100 HEALTH PARK DR, Louisville, 80027 The role you'll contribute: Interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. Consults with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions. Provides drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary. Ability to provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties. Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice. The value you'll bring to the team: Interprets prescription and medication orders completely and accurately and completes the necessary steps for clarification and validation for safe and effective patient care in compliance with state/federal rules and regulations. Demonstrates professional judgment in advising and counseling patients and healthcare team. Monitors drug utilization information and detects potential drug interactions, overlaps, over and under dosing and other unique situations. Participates in Code Blue and other emergency situations to ensure adequate drug supply and appropriate drug use. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: Bachelors Science or Pharm D Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Preferred qualifications: 1 year hospital experience Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP)

Requirements
