Software Engineer III, Infrastructure, Google Kubernetes Engine

• Engage in and enhance the whole lifecycle of software development
• Collaborate within and across teams and learn
• Support Google Kubernetes Engine, Kubernetes-like control planes operationally
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience with software development or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture
• 2 years of experience with software development using Go
• Experience working with distributed systems
