Paraeducator

A school seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to support student learning in an elementary setting. This contract position is for the current school year and offers the chance to contribute directly to student success.

• Assist teachers in classroom management and lesson implementation
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Facilitate small group instruction and reinforce learning objectives
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the teaching staff
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in elementary schools preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and staff
