CVO Specialist

The CVO Specialist will be responsible for providing privileging or licensing support to client, facilities, boards, groups and clinicians.

• Process Privileging or Licensing Requests - 100%.
• Processes privileging or licensing files according to the client’s and/or board’s standards.
• Performs all documentation tasks on a privileging or licensing file.
• Updates database for every file with the most current information.
• Acts as a liaison between the client, clinician, and/or appropriate state board.
• Resolves or appropriately escalates inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively communicates information and updates to Production, CVO partners, and Management.
• Partners with the facility or group to resolve outstanding items to complete the file process.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
