About the role
The CVO Specialist will be responsible for providing privileging or licensing support to client, facilities, boards, groups and clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Process Privileging or Licensing Requests - 100%.
- Processes privileging or licensing files according to the client’s and/or board’s standards.
- Performs all documentation tasks on a privileging or licensing file.
- Updates database for every file with the most current information.
- Acts as a liaison between the client, clinician, and/or appropriate state board.
- Resolves or appropriately escalates inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively communicates information and updates to Production, CVO partners, and Management.
- Partners with the facility or group to resolve outstanding items to complete the file process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of related experience preferred.
