About the role

The role of Operations Analysis & Performance (OAP) is to support this mission by providing strategic insights by first understanding business processes and then leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development
  • Aggregate views of data sources into meaningful hierarchies
  • Create accountability tools such as scorecards and performance reviews
  • Develop and improve automated reports and analyses
  • Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards
  • Understand drivers of KPIs through various analyses
  • Present findings to business leadership
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors
  • Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field
  • Successful candidates will have familiarity and/or experience with SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languages
  • Track record of seeking leadership roles
  • Direct experience communicating with stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings
  • Visual Basic, Perl, Python, UNIX or other basic functional programming tools
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
