Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with applicants and recipients of the WorkFirst, ABD, and HEN programs to develop individualized case plans.
  • Complete Pathway Development Tools and ensure timely updates to assessments and participation plans.
  • Manage a WorkFirst caseload of parents - identifying barriers and monitoring participation in work or work-like activities.

Requirements

  • One year as a Social Service Specialist 2.
  • A Master's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, criminal law/justice, or an allied field and one year of paid social service experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, criminal law/justice, or an allied field, and two years of paid social service experience.
