Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments with applicants and recipients of the WorkFirst, ABD, and HEN programs to develop individualized case plans.
- Complete Pathway Development Tools and ensure timely updates to assessments and participation plans.
- Manage a WorkFirst caseload of parents - identifying barriers and monitoring participation in work or work-like activities.
Requirements
- One year as a Social Service Specialist 2.
- A Master's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, criminal law/justice, or an allied field and one year of paid social service experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, criminal law/justice, or an allied field, and two years of paid social service experience.
