About the role
As a Principal Associate Process Manager supporting Capital One Reliability Engineering, you will help manage and support the resilience testing process. Responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by technical requirements, and associated policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide resilience program- and plan-level reporting and documentation to inform, educate, and influence key stakeholders and plan owners
- Ensure alignment of technology capabilities and requirements to documented policies, standards and procedures
- Understand and apply quality and content standards through collaboration with technology teams, including exercise facilitation, results documentation, reporting, and development/delivery of training and educational materials
Requirements
- Demonstrated that they can improve processes and deliver well-managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable execution
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly
- A solid grasp of process management concepts and Agile experience, working with Risk / Compliance Officers and Auditors
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with data and automation tools
