Labor and Delivery RN

Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered nursing care within the Maternal Child Health department. This position collaborates with other healthcare disciplines to execute the patient's plan-of-care, utilizing physical assessment skills and advanced diagnostic technology to assess nursing care needs, analyze data, and refine care plans.

• Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered nursing care within the Maternal Child Health department.
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to execute the patient's plan-of-care, utilizing physical assessment skills and advanced diagnostic technology to assess nursing care needs, analyze data, and refine care plans.
• Monitor and assess the patient's physical condition, emotional and social needs, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
• Provide technical nursing support in obstetrical clinical nursing activities, including OB triage, Labor and Delivery, Post-partum/Couplet Care, Antepartum, OB Operating Room, recovery, and level one nursery.

• Associate's of Nursing Required
• Bachelor's of Nursing Preferred
• One or more years of Labor and Delivery Nursing Experience Preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support for Labor and Delivery (ACLS) Required
