About the role
An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a K-12 school setting in Clarks Summit, PA. This role focuses on supporting students with diverse needs, including those with autism, emotional disturbances, and multiple disabilities. Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of diagnoses
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress in alignment with school and state requirements
- Provide support and consultation for optimizing communication strategies within the classroom setting
Requirements
- Valid State of Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP - School, SLP - CCC certification preferred)
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional disturbances, and multiple disabilities
- Ability to manage a nearly full caseload effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
