Manager Maintenance - BWI

The Manager Maintenance supports our Purpose by leading a production workforce on the Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Team consisting of Supervisors and A&P Mechanics located in Baltimore, MD to ensure an on-time operation and compliance of Southwest Airlines aircraft with established policies and procedures.

• Provide direct support to Front Line Leadership and Employees
• Assure all work performed is compliant to our program and is in accordance with approved maintenance procedures
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations in planning the appropriate workload to provide maximum utilization for SWA aircraft

• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
