Responsibilities
- The Lead Analyst, Experience Insights will support enterprise CX efforts through tracking consumer experience qualitative and quantitative data, to derive meaningful insights that will be used to guide improvement efforts.
- The work involves management of analytics, data synthesis, data visualizations, insights generation and more.
- This role will serve as a subject matter expert, will develop measurement and reporting frameworks, and will manage the building and maintenance of a toolkit of resources for analyzing consumer experience data.
- This role will also work collaboratively across teams and the enterprise to leverage data relevant to the consumer experience, including business/operational metrics, to pull together a clear POV that drives prioritization.
- This role will partner closely with Consumer Experience and Operational/Clinical Leaders to inform improvement strategies aligned to the organization’s priorities and will contribute to the development and maturation of the consumer experience discipline for leaders and associates across the enterprise.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
