• Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift
• Operate cash register; accepts cash and credit cards
• Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests, per established procedures
• Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area
• Process guests’ food and beverage orders and up sell products
• Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established cash-handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a compliant, efficient, and secure cash-handling process in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior Barista experience preferred
