• Define and install product standards and practices
• Collaborate with smart, passionate leaders across functional areas
• Create the playbook that will equip product teams to efficiently and effectively deliver Customer and Business value
• Lead the strategy for defining our approach for enabling and cultivating bank product leaders for the future
• Engage/influence enterprise-wide programming on behalf of Retail Bank Product

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
