About the role
Administers and manages the State and Federal Surplus Property Programs to include the Department of Defense 1033 Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) Program for the Department of Enterprise Services, to all state agencies, boards, commissions, cities, counties, tribes, and political subdivisions.
Responsibilities
- Administers and manages the State and Federal Surplus Property Programs
- Interprets Federal and State regulations
- Serves as the state coordinator of the 1033 Program
- Acts as the liaison coordinator to the Emergency Management Division of Washington State Military Department
Requirements
- A combination of compliance driven program management experience and education for a total of seven (7) years
- A Bachelor’s degree with focus on business administration or related fields AND A minimum of three (3) years of experience in compliance driven program management
- A Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field AND A minimum of five (5) years of management/supervisory experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of warehouse or similar facility experience
