Pediatric Nurse (RN)

Providing specialized pediatric nursing care in the home health setting, this contract role offers a dynamic environment to support patients and families with a variety of medical needs.

• Manage a case load of 20-25 patients with 5-6 visits per day providing comprehensive nursing care at home
• Utilize agency-provided equipment including laptops, phones, and nursing supplies to deliver efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records through Epic
• Participate in call-back coverage 2-4 times monthly between 5 pm and 8 pm without overnight calls
• Demonstrate professionalism in dress code with business casual or scrubs, avoiding jeans, open-toed shoes, or clothing with holes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and care coordination

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with Epic EMR and OASIS documentation
• Strong familiarity with home health care practices
