Adjuster II Complex Claims

Join us as a Claims Adjuster to grow your experience in handling complex claims.

• Interpret insurance contracts, determine policy coverages and establish reserves;
• Ensure completion of necessary forms and process payments within a prescribed authority level;
• Negotiate with insured, claimants and other insurers in order to settle claims;
• Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, while acting as a point of referral;
• Perform any other tasks, assignments and responsibilities assigned by managers and adhere all compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree with a major in insurance or in a health-related field
• Demonstrated working experience in insurance industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, open-minded and self-confident
