• Create intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms, supporting team success.
• Advocate for customer needs, ensuring they shape prioritisation and experience design.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet user, business, and technical requirements.
• Use research insights, run workshops, and apply AI tools to solve customer problems and support creativity.
• Deliver accessible, system-level design aligned with CX KPIs, brand standards, and measurable outcomes.

• Proven experience delivering high-quality, accessible digital products across responsive web and native platforms.
• Experience with Figma to create reusable components, auto-layout for responsive designs, and intermediate prototypes (animations, overlays, interactions).
• Experience with research methods, online platforms (Usertesting), and behavioural science techniques, as well as good understanding of analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare to analyse user flows and validate design choices.
• Experience creating and using journey maps.
• Strong communication skills, with a growth mindset, demonstrating adaptability and resilience while consistently striving for personal and professional excellence.
