About the role

The Training Documentation & Implementation Coordinator will coordinate and support the delivery of specialized training programs, manage training logistics, and track and document employee training records.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of specialized training programs
  • Manage training logistics by scheduling classes, securing facilities, and ensuring instructors, equipment, and materials are in place
  • Track and document employee training records, credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with state, federal, and USCG requirements
