About the role
A part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers between 4 to 21 hours per week, spread over 2 to 3 days. The role involves delivering occupational therapy services to students, working closely under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) who is on site.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to support student development and learning
- Collaborate with the OTR to implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes
