About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide expertly coordinated nursing care within the oncology unit specializing in Med/Surg oncology patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and documentation standards
- Work a 12-hour shift schedule with no on-call responsibilities
- Support patients every other weekend
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Compact license accepted
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing with a focus on Medical-Surgical Oncology
- BLS certification required
- Ability to float to related units as needed
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care approach
