Product Owner / Business Analyst

Travelers is seeking a Agile Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead a team to deliver capabilities/solutions in an agile way

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a smaller scale product team
• Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities
• Understand and implement team goals and strategy
• Act as voice of the end-user
• Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement
• Optimize the flow of value
• Inform and participate in business readiness
• Provide feedback on work-in-progress
• Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement
• Partner with Circle Leads and peers
• Share best practices across teams
• Foster an innovative, inclusive and diverse team environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous underwriting or project management experience preferred
• Two years of experience in Agile product management preferred
