Registered Behavior Technician

A K-12 school in Rohnert Park, CA, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data related to student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student needs
• Assist in developing individualized goals and strategies tailored to each student

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and intervention techniques
